Esta iniciativa se inici\u00f3 en mayo de 2022, ejecut\u00e1ndolo el Centro de Ingenier\u00eda Organizacional con financiamiento del 5% de la franquicia del SENCE (CIO). Como finalidad se pretenden elaborar un manual de buenas pr\u00e1cticas para la implementaci\u00f3n del trabajo h\u00edbrido, utilizando entrevistas en profundidad, grupos focales y encuestas a diversas empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su objetivo es recopilar una variedad de experiencias empresariales, agrup\u00e1ndolas en un Manual de Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas en Trabajo H\u00edbrido, el cual estar\u00e1 disponible para todas las empresas. Este fen\u00f3meno (TH) presenta interesantes desaf\u00edos para las empresas y sus departamentos de Recursos Humanos, en cuanto a c\u00f3mo se refuerza hoy el sentido de pertenencia y se genera cultura organizacional en un nuevo escenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este es un cambio de paradigma significativo que tiene mucho que ver con la gesti\u00f3n de la productividad.
