La pandemia y la necesidad de adaptarse a las nuevas condiciones de trabajo han llevado a la adopci\u00f3n de esta modalidad que combina trabajo remoto y presencial. Esto ha planteado diversas necesidades y oportunidades, como la infraestructura y tecnolog\u00eda adecuadas para garantizar una comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva y el acceso a los sistemas necesarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que el trabajo h\u00edbrido sea efectivo, es necesario contar con pol\u00edticas de flexibilidad laboral que permitan a los trabajadores adaptar su horario y lugar de trabajo para lograr un equilibrio entre su vida personal y laboral. Las empresas que implementan esta modalidad deben tener en cuenta la importancia de establecer acuerdos claros y una comunicaci\u00f3n efectiva para construir confianza entre los empleadores y los trabajadores. De esta forma, se logra una mejor adaptaci\u00f3n y rendimiento en el entorno laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Centro de Ingenier\u00eda Organizacional (CIO) ha desarrollado un \u00abManual de trabajo h\u00edbrido\u00bb, que brinda herramientas y recomendaciones para las empresas que buscan implementar esta modalidad. El manual ser\u00e1 lanzado en marzo, y su contenido se enfoca en ayudar a las empresas a implementar una pol\u00edtica de trabajo h\u00edbrido efectiva y productiva, enfocada en la necesidad de adaptarse a las nuevas condiciones de trabajo.
